Twenty years in small organizations, mostly ones I started. At that size the org chart is a polite fiction — whatever isn't covered falls to whoever's paying attention, and that was usually me.

Designed front-to-back for a 4×6 postcard: full custom type and color system, built to print spec with bleed and CMYK for offset printing. Printed and out in the community now, 1,000+ copies in circulation. Not a standalone piece — it's the entry point of a deliberate funnel, flier to website to newsletter, built to turn a one-time touchpoint into an owned audience relationship.

Blind Evaluation Protocol for LLM Instruction Sets
I write the rules my AI assistant runs on, then test whether they actually change anything. Pass and fail are written down before a run, questions get retired once they've been used, and — the part that matters — the same questions are asked again with no rules at all, as a control. That comparison is the only way to tell a rule that works from a rule that was never needed, and it showed several of mine were not earning their place. The system also restocks itself: when something goes wrong in real work it becomes a candidate rule, gets tested against the control, and is kept or dropped on the result. Twice now the testing has proved one of my own predictions wrong. Published, not yet adopted by anyone else. Source

The whole resume renders with JavaScript disabled, and it prints properly. Documented so you can fork it and answer your own fourteen questions. Source and README
